Job Description: The Solution Architect will lead requirements sessions and transform the requirements into user stories that highlight the features of the proposed solution. Then they will use their expertise of the Salesforce platform to design solutions that exceed the customer's needs with Salesforce's best practices. The architect's will be hands-on with configuration and oversight of work assigned to technical & functional team members and will continue through the build and testing phases to ensure the solution comes together as designed. Skills Preferred:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience~3 years working with Salesforce as a Solution Architect5+ years operating as an externally facing consultant2+ years experience with Salesforce Field Service (previously Field Service Lightning)Multiple Salesforce certificatesExperience developing project approach using industry, functional, and technical knowledgeProven ability to lead requirements gathering sessions with clients and bring new insights, ideas, and best practices into discussionsExperience developing a comprehensive technical design based on the requirements uncovered during requirements gathering, leveraging all the capabilities of the Salesforce platformAble to effectively direct available resources in a manner that promotes a strong team environment and ensures the team is properly utilizedCapable of participating in pre-sales cycles to scope and price opportunities
