Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.Test scores must be submitted with resumes.Typing - 40-60 WPMMS Outlook- 80%Professional Writing Skills (check with Glider to see if they have this sort of test checking spelling and grammar errors.prior experience with digital customer channels, ie social media, email, text and chat boxes.Oracle service cloudPosition Requirements: Candidates are going to need to be FULLY CLEARED by 2/15/2021 in order to pick up equipment on the week of 03/01/2021 and begin training at 7:30am on 3/8/2021. This position will be remote as of now but candidates will be expected work in the office if placed on a final coaching or experiencing system issues, equipment will be returned prior to final coaching. Must have homeowners/renters insurance, home internet with 50mbsp upload and 50 download minimum, safe and quiet work-space within 70 ft. from router, must have 5 gigs of free space on their cell phone. No time off during training and (10 weeks).Candidates MUST have significant call center experience.
