Minimum Qualifications bullA minimum of three (3) years of experience in analyzing and defining security requirements for large and mission critical IT security requirements. bullA minimum of two (2) years performing day-to-day security operations functions including administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of various security components. bullA minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with detailed configuration and administration of ForgeRock and SailPoint IAM products. bullExperience with Windows and Linux operating systems. bullDemonstrated ability to perform scheduled maintenance activities such as patching, performance tuning and backups. bullDemonstrated ability to perform user provisioning and de-provisioning activities. bullExperience in monitoring the security infrastructure for operational effectiveness. bullExperience in developing, analyzing, and monitoring the security infrastructure with Security information and event management (SIEM) tools like SplunkQRadar and reviewing reports for operational effectiveness. bullExperience in developing automation scripts to perform health checks in the system to ensure availability and correct operation. bullExperience with Plan of Action and Milestones (POA M) activities including but not limited to configuration management, patching and risk mitigation efforts. bullExperience with Assessment and documentation of current policies and procedures implemented using the IRS defined SCSEM to perform security assessments to ensure continued compliance with IRS standards. bullDemonstrated ability to administer Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS for server configuration, deployment of applications, performance tuning including Troubleshooting and maintenance. Through MHC, Maryland residents explore health insurance plans, compare rates, and determine their eligibility for advanced premium tax credits (APTC), cost sharing reductions (CSR) and public assistance programs such as Medicaid and the Maryland Childrenrsquos Health Insurance Program (MCHP). MHBE seeks up to one (1) Computer Systems Specialist (Security) to administer security systems for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) systems.
