Description:3-5+ month contract. HR Analyst main priority it to help troubleshoot/resolve issues in Workday! Will be assisting internal employees and employees in their communities through HR related issues through workday!Responsible for processing transactions to include, but not limited to Employee Change Transactions, Name Changes, Life Events, Terminations, Benefits, Vacations and Leaves, Employment Verifications, Payroll Changes, Policies and Procedures.Facilitates technical knowledge sharing with the HRMS team. Develops best practices and standards which will be followed by the department. Utilizes analytical and technical skills for translating business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective, value-adding solutions.Establishes and maintains up-to-date HRMS functional departmental documentation, standard operating procedures.
