JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for the technical services of our internal and external customers on all equipment installed or serviced by WBS, specializing in ATM technician & end user support. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associates Degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school Experience: Minimum 5+ year industry experience, Computer skills required Skills: Thorough knowledge of basic electronics; strong mechanical aptitude Requires technical support in the field Proficient in: Concur, ADP, Microsoft Windows/Office, Inventory Control, PC skills and understanding of TCP/IP networks. Job Requirements:RESPONSIBILITIES General Work in unison with the Service and Sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned that fulfill the mission and abide by the values to ensure the success of the company To serve in this senior capacity, the ATM Support Specialist will have demonstrated an exemplary level of product knowledge, technical skill and customer service excellence In addition to the duties of a level 1 ATM specialist, the Support Specialist 2 will have the following responsibilities Communication Provide phone, email, and onsite support to FSRs to assist with equipment troubleshooting, software installation, ATM configuration and technical issues Provide phone, email and onsite support to End User Clients Participate in conference calls with customers, vendors, and Sales/Service personnel Perform software installation and testing Provide ATM data and journal logs to vendor support personnel Escalate technical and product concerns through appropriate vendor channels Customer Service Resolve customer issues remotely or onsite Utilize available resources to satisfy customer concerns Escalate customer concerns on their behalf Training Identify the training needs of the FSR staff Conduct initial and refresher training to FSRs Develop training coursework for new products as required Conduct operational training (virtual or onsite) of new ATM/ITM products to end user Travel Must be flexible & willing to travel when required Overnight stay for training or customer support may be required
