Responsibilities:Oversees, directs, and coordinates all operational activities.Works closely with business development lead, GM, and Project Managers to identify, pursue, and capture opportunities resulting in increased organic growth.A' Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems.A' Actively participates in and/or leads proposal activities to support business development and customer interactionsIdentifies innovative new service offerings based upon market trends. A' Initiates strategic growth activities within the physical security space. A' Aligns business assets, operations, and delivery teams towards supporting and enabling this growth.A' Provides program/project management domain leadership and expertise. A' Trains and mentors the project management delivery team. A' In coordination with the GM, prepares monthly forecasts, analyzes variances, schedules expenditures, and annual budgets.Contributes ideas and recommendations to strategic plans.A' Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company standards and procedures.Ensures project performance through project status reporting and implements corrective action measures as required.Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, and resolve issues, and escalates to appropriate level when required.Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.Occasionally travels to VSS jobsites (10%) and attends program review meetings to obtain stakeholder feedback and identify areas for improvement.A' Required Capabilities:Experience and expertise supporting work in the federal government and DoD space.Experience leading sales and capture teams within IDIQ environments.Must possess or be capable of obtaining a government clearance (TS/SCI)Minimum of six (6) years of recent experience managing electronic security systems (ESS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Closed-Circuit Video Surveillance (CCTV) systems and programs.Excellent communication skills.Solid understanding of financial management.Must be willing to travel up to 10%A' Education/Professional Credentials:Bachelor"s degree in program management, business or public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fieldsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification, desiredProfessional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, desired
