This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering technologies to users as quickly and efficiently as possible. A' A' *Job Functions Include:* * Apply risk management best practices to develop a framework for managing risk analysis for all customer program activities * Lead the analysis, collaboration, coordination and de-confliction of risk for the customer's program * Work closely with other customer enterprise risk organizations to explain program requirements and manage communication back to all stakeholders * Maintain insight into the risk functions of partner organizations * Maintain cognizance of technical developments within the program * Provide technical depth to Technical Exchange Meetings and Quarterly Program Reviews and make recommendations on future courses of action *Qualifications* *Required* * Active TS/SCI with Poly * 14 + years of System Engineering experience with a BS degree * Demonstrated ability to provide technical and risk analysis to operational systems * Ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible requirements with the judgment to know when to initiate needed corrective actions * Ability to resolve conflicts between missions as it relates to strategic risks, diversity and threat vectors * Ability to effectively communicate complex topics and information with technical and non-technical audiences * Exceptional interpersonal skills and judgment to know how to navigate and resolve challenging situations * Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an ability to document *Desired* * Familiarity with the wireless/telecommunications industry, technologies and trends * Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following technology areas:A' data science, risk assessment, threat assessment or forensic analysis * Experience working commercial relationships * Experience with agile and lean development methodologies SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
