Description: ABW Appliances is currently seeking a professional, highly self-motivated Showroom Manager. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-million-dollar organization, this is the position for you! We are looking for individuals who are self-starters and solid work ethic. Position Summary: As the Showroom Manager, you will manage the assigned location's sales team and have the responsibility to achieve maximum growth and optimum profits from sales. You will also be responsible for the overall operations of the assigned showroom. Essential Functions: Provide excellent customer service for all walk-ins and appointments. Efficiently prepare and furnish accurate quotes for selections made. Work with trade clients to ensure that the selected appliances align with the design plans. Provide continuous support to all clients after the sale and completion of their project. Ensure showroom is kept to company visual standards. Attend industry-related events to foster strong relationships with trade clients and keep them abreast of the latest trends within the appliance industry. Manage online leads and distribute them through CRM platform. Train and develop team members to facilitate sales growth and achieve their goals. Monitor store and employee key performance indicators. Maintain product knowledge in order to train their team. Manage displays in physical locations. Develop strategies in coordination with ABW marketing team to develop new leads and sales. Requirements: Prior high-end appliance sales and management experience strongly preferred or 3+ years sales experience is required. Ability to work across department lines, manage time and people. Ability to manage client's expectations efficiently and effectively. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Ability to Multi-task and have solid organizational skills.
