Create online help using some tools like DOC-to-Help that converts MS word documents to online help. Convert MSWord document to PDF document Help in preparing management documents like processes documents, correcting any document formatting. Job description Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following Experience developing and deploying User Guides and Help Systems. Writes, edits, revises, proofreads, and assembles reports, minutes, briefings, SDLC documents, and technical or procedures documents in a matrix team environment. Creates and edits graphic images for use in documentation. Experience using desktop publishing software or the desktop capabilities of word processing software. Uses desktop capabilities of Microsoft Word or Publisher. Creates online or hypertext help files. Prepares documents for Web publications using HTML and HTML editors. Plans, designs, and delivers documentation. Coordinates and schedules documentation production. May be responsible for directing lower level specialists. The successful candidate will have At least seven years of experience developing, writing, editing, and assembling technical publications or procedure documents. At least five years of experience with integrated Windows Office software. At least five years of experience using structured documentation techniques or other industry wide documentation techniques. At least three years of experience using desktop publishing software (eg, PageMaker, Ventura, Quark) or the desktop capabilities of word processing software. At least three years of experience creating online help or hypertext documentation. At least three years of experience creating and editing graphic images. At least three years of experience coordinating and scheduling document production. At least two years of experience preparing documents for web publishing using HTML and HTML editors, if required. At least three years of experience creating and maintaining project plans, if required.
