Position Summary: The Operations and Executive Manager (OEM) serves as the central staff liaison of the organization. He/she has primary responsibility for business operations including Finance, Operations (IT, Facilities, Human Resources) and Governance. The OEM supports the CEO with all overall coordination of existing and new initiatives as well providing support to the ASNC Executive Council and Board of Directors. Responsibilities/Duties: Finance Assists in the development and management of goals, policies, and practices relating to all aspects of financial management, including: Managing relationships and outcomes with external suppliers including accounting consultants, auditors, investment counselors, and banking institutions. Support the development and management of business plans for existing programs and new initiatives. Assessing business processes that relate to financial management and implementing strategic and tactical enhancements. Developing and managing budget development, tracking financial status and providing monthly accounting reports, including investment reports. Monitoring cash flow on an ongoing and taking action to meet cash requirements. Implementing risk management solutions. Operations Develops, directs, and manages goals, policies, and practices relating to all aspects of office operations including: Managing and fostering productive relationships and outcomes among ASNC's staff, members, contractors and suppliers. Ensuring technology resources adequately support the business operations. Overseeing select Human Resources Management functions with a focus on organizational culture, and risk reduction/mitigation. Governance Actively works with CEO to: Facilitate development and implement of strategic plan and report on progress. Confirm adherence to ASNC Constitution and Bylaws and Board Policies. Prepare and assist the CEO to support Executive Council and Board of Directors with executing meetings and their duties. Support the annual Committee appointment process. Support the Nominating Committee and the Research Awards Committee. Works closely with : Chief Executive Officer Executive Council and Board of Directors ASNC Team Vendors PandoLogic.
