Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader / Billing Manager Are you a US based recruitment consultant, looking for your next move into a Team Leader or Billing Manager position? (Life Science sector experience essential). If so, BridgeIT have a fantastic opportunity for a new business focused recruitment consultant with a strong background in the Life Sciences sector. Ideally you will be based in either Washington, New York, Philadelphia or Boston. This role is 100% remote initially, with a clear vision of establishing and growing a US office. This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the very start, you will be a key decision maker in the direction, vision, strategy and growth of our US presence. With this position there will be a clear career path to Director level. At BridgeIT we have seen a substantial increase in revenue across our UK Life Science division in 2020 and while we have some US based clients already, we are looking to replicate our UK growth and success in the US. Life Science new business recruitment experience is essential . Self-motivated individuals with sales/ business development background . Excellent communication skills, to effectively build relationships with both candidates and clients. Providing the best customer service is key! . Positive attitude and a team player to fit into our fabulous work family What we offer - A competitive base salary, with an extremely generous and achievable commission structure up to 30%, as well as additional benefits. There are no thresholds or caps on commission, our standard hours are 9-5.30pm, plus did we mention working with a fantastic team?! We work hard, but have lots of fun while we do it!
