CSI Nova LLC is a General Contracting in the DMV area. Our focus is on insurance renovation claims and general contracting. We are looking for an organized Foreman with excellent time management skills to manage construction sites and ensure that schedules are adhered to. The Foreman would be working closely with the company's owners ensuring the projects are on track and on budget. To be successful as a Foreman you must have excellent leadership skills and experience with project management. A good Foreman can delegate tasks to workers to ensure that deadlines are met, and safety standard s are adhered to. Inspect work performed by employees/subcontractors and provide constructive feedback . Will be responsible for all equipment and materials . Responsible for communicating site rules regarding safety procedures and enforcing those rules . Responsible for the supervision of all construction workers . Other duties as assigned and needed.
