Position Overview:

Freddie Mac Accounts Receivable (FMAR) Billing is looking for an Accounting Senior our group. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, skillful with numbers, and a good communicator!

Our Impact:
  • Being a shared service, we provide billing support for various business areas across the corporation.
  • We are responsible for processing daily and monthly billing activity across 8 business lines.
  • We work with internal and external customers to resolve any billing disputes or inquiries.
  • Timely and accurate processing ensures our activity meets the deadlines and standards set forth by Internal Audit and Corporate Finance.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Billing process and will be expected to:
  • Execute fee assessment and validation.
  • Execute statistical analysis of fee assessments.
  • Perform billing adjustment review and analysis.
  • Perform routine root cause analysis.
  • Provide audit support as needed.
  • Serve as billing SME on projects/initiatives.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal/external business partners.
  • Train/mentor junior staff.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Access database/SQL experience preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and in the office.
  • Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
