Responsibilities

-Assists Deputy Chairman with the coordination and oversight of agency program grant-making functions and operations, policies, procedures, and budget.
-Provides supervision and guidance to team of five Division Coordinators, and serves as second-line supervisor to staff reporting to Division Coordinators.
-Establishes and maintains working relationships with agency senior managers, program directors, and other office directors to ensure accomplishment of agency and DCP&P operations and objectives.-Responsible for developing and monitoring program allocations, based on guidance provided by Budget Office.
???????-Responsible for developing and monitoring staff travel allocations, based on guidance provided by Budget Office.

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirement:

In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of full-time specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-14 level in the Federal service, with experience in performing duties such as the following: working with Programs & Partnerships staff and other agency offices to ensure accomplishment of agency programmatic objectives; assisting with the coordination and oversight of agency program office grant-making functions and operations, policies, procedures, and budget; and helping to coordinate communication, planning, staffing, and budgeting for the agency's grants programs.
