The Line Cook assists in all areas of meal preparation while following standardized recipes and established food handling, preparation and meal service time schedules and standards. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth meal service. Performs final plate preparation, including plating and garnishing.
