The Accounting Assistant will work closely with both the field construction team and internal accounting team to manage invoices, account for costs, and serve as an overall supporter of the accounting & finance function! Job Duties: Assist with project setup and maintenance Work with project team to manage monthly requisitions Enter and process all invoices related to construction projects Prepare subcontractor contracts, change orders, and PO's and update insurance certificates Close out projects upon completion Qualifications Proficiency with MS Excel Strong team player and analytical skills Construction industry experience preferred Find Us on Facebook!!
