Job Description This assignment is a Temp-to-Hire for the right person. This is a 1st shift position The position pays $15.00 / hourly/ weekly Hours are M-F from 8am to 5pm Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Establish and develop professional, courteous, and in-depth financial relationships with members via telephone, mail, and electronic mail. 2. Understand all products and services offered by the Credit Union in order to stimulate member utilization and embrace Nymeo¿s relationship-building culture. 3. Advise members of product benefits, features, rates and details so they can make informed and appropriate choices that benefit their financial well-being. 4. Process financial transactions and handle member requests. Maintain security standards according to law and Nymeo policy to protect the interests and identity of the membership, and complete applicable training to maintain these standards. 5. Establish new accounts and memberships, process share draft stop payments, order checks and debit/credit cards, retrieve check images, process IRA transactions, and answer questions regarding these transactions and types of accounts. 6. Assist members with understanding their loan application status, Direct Deposit and electronic payments/transfers, and remote access services, such as online banking and debit/credit cards. 7. Research and resolve member complaints and account issues. Cooperate with and utilize staff in other departments as needed to accomplish resolutions. Ensure proper follow up and member satisfaction. 8. Identify and relay to Call Center Manager members' comments and/or complaints about Credit Union services in order to lend direction to future projects and services. 9. Follow-up on escalated tickets from the outsourced call center and members¿ electronic requests. 10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Call Center Manager(s). Required Experience: Job Qualifications: 1. Working knowledge of the Credit Union's products and services. 2. Working knowledge of organization's policies/procedures and Credit Union's service philosophy. 3. Working knowledge of Credit Union in-house computer system. Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the Credit Union is a professional financial institution. 3. Ability to interact with more than one department daily. 4. Ability to prioritize duties so as to devote attention to protecting the interests of the Credit Union and provide a quality service to its membership. Job Qualifications: (Education/Experience) 1. Job requires a high school level of language, math and reasoning skills. 2. Minimum of 6 months teller experience. Why Kelly®?
