A successful candidate in this position will demonstrate an aptitude for system thinking, creative problem solving, and attention to detail. You will apply your engineering experience in satellite development and operations. You will perform trade studies, develop system architectures, CONOPS, program plans, test plans, and documentation to provide stakeholders program status. You will lead the implementation of rigorous requirements management, risk management, and schedule management, and reporting processes. As part of the team, you will be required to collaborate with others, as well as individually on strategies and recommended solutions. Demonstrated presentation and writing skills are required. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Must have active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraphRequires a BS degree in Engineering or a technical field, with minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the Intelligence CommunityMust have strong system engineering and program management skills applied to Agile acquisitionsMust have experience in end-to-end satellite systems acquisition, development, and managementMust have experience planning and performing system engineering activities, including schedule management and analysis, requirements management, and risk managementMust have experience in the development of documentation, including system architectures, program plans, CONOPs, API/ICDs, and software governance plansMust have experience in testing, including development of thread level plans, test event monitoring, tracking/closing problems uncovered during testingMust have demonstrated experience (15+ years) in developing material to communicate/report program plans, activities, and benefits to program and external leadershipMust have experience and solid understanding of system integration, testing and security in an agile cloud environmentMust have experience supporting acquisition activities, program management and executionMust be self-motivated, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, and a team playerMust be highly effective collaborator that thrives working with teams to solve complicated challengesMust be self-driven, able to take ownership of tasks and champion efforts to drive solutionsMust have proven analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, effectively and efficientlyMust have experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
