Job Title Organizational Change Management Analyst Job Location Currently Remote, will report to Ashburn Office Job Type Long-term Qualifications bull EducationTechnical Expertise Building OCM Program, small team, the candidate will be working alongside lead, primarily surrounding IT changeprocess, all roles are defined They use Prosci framework, so this would be ideal, but does not have to be Candidate is a people person, high energy, works well with other groups, takes on tasks ndash other groups include customer success team, PMO, architects, communications team. Day to day ndash primarily project work could be working alongside internal partners, executives bull Bachelorrsquos degree or equivalent experience required in business administration, communications, information technology, or related field. bull Prosci or similar professional change management certification preferred. bull Minimum of 4+ years of experience performing organizational change management activities on IT projects using change management principles, methodologies, and tools. bull Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in the information technology field. bull Proven understanding of how people go through change and the change process. bull Experience in executive communications and organizational support, including experience liaising with customers and other project stakeholders. bull Experience supporting senior leaders and executives through change. bull Demonstrated ability in translating complex technical subject matter into easy-to-understand communications, particularly for non-technical stakeholders. bull Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing projects without impact to deadline. bull Experience developing change management plans, executing plans, and measuring success of plans. bull Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including highly technical development teams. bull Familiarity with traditional and agile project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. bull Willingness to travel to the PCAOBrsquos Washington, DC, office or other regional offices occasionally, as required after the mandatory telework period. bull A self-starter able to administer a number of open, ongoing assignments at any one time, where some assignments are routinely unstructured, requiring autonomy and independent judgment. bull In-depth experience successfully harmonizing diverse and competing interests. bull Ability to clearly articulate a position with sound logic, supporting empirical evidence, and impartiality. bull Ability to effectively represent the organization to a variety of both internal and external constituencies. bull Superior verbal and written communication skills.
