Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World SharePoint Developer Senior SharePoint Developer Senior This is a contingent position Type of Position: Full Time Place of Performance: Indian Head, MD PAE is currently seeking a Senior SharePoint developer to support NSWC IHD internal SharePoint sites. Responsibilities would include: SharePoint Administration and Maintenance within a DoD Enterprise IT environment (NAVSEA Environment). Design and develop SharePoint site, site pages, document libraries, custom lists, forms, content types and interfaces to include layouts, branding, banners, templates, and analytics. Design, develop, and implement department intranet presence using SharePoint 2013 and 2019 (when the government makes the transition), CSS, HTML, Visual Studio, Java Script Programming, and SharePoint Designer 2013 and 2019. Create site pages, web parts, Nintex and SharePoint Designer workflows as well as maintain all aspects of permissions management for the department. Use JIRA, or a similar software tracking tool Conducting sprint planning and demo meetings with the Government Follow software engineering best practices and adhere to recommended design and implementation guidelines for the SharePoint Framework itself Provide software development, maintenance, and/or enhancements using the Agile methodology for development and maintenance of web-based application tools Perform design and/or code reviews to ensure source code is well structured, clean, and easily maintained Use code version control to manage code changes and updates Provide software testing through functional, regression, smoke, and/or user acceptance testing Ensure any developed product is compliant with NWSC IHD and iNavy network requirements to operate in a production environment Develop and implement JavaScript coding for developing interactive SharePoint web part pages; writing functions, objects, arrays, loops, events, comparisons and operators. Develop custom codes through SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and InfoPath 2013. In-depth understanding of advanced InfoPath 2013 solutions and the ability to comprehend and differentiate among complex solution interdependencies. Design, develop, and implement Command intranet using SharePoint 2013 and 2010, Develop custom codes through SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and InfoPath. Required Qualifications: BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related scientific or technical discipline with 8 years of directly relatable experience in the discipline (12 years of experience in lieu of degree) Currently have an active DoD Secret security clearance DoDD 8140 Compliant IAT/IAM Level I (A+ ce, CCNA-Security, Network+ ce, SSCP, CAP, GSLC, or Secuirty+ ce certification) PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
