Our growing Home Staging company is seeking a high performing Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Sales Director duties include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. The Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies, plans, and programs primarily designed to increase stagings and maximize revenue. In addition to managing transactions by negotiating and completing staging contracts, the Sales Manager should maintain and manage customer relationships after the staging project has completed. Responsibilities include the implementation of various strategies including direct and/or telephone sales, email communications and in-person meetings. The role also includes creation and coordination of some sales& marketing collateral through all relevant media including; print, html, email and social media. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to be a leader. The successful candidate will be self motivated, driven and competitive to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Requirements Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills BA/BS degree or equivalent Job Requirements: Responsibilities Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand home staging and real estate landscapes and trends Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Serve as primary contact for all daily sales activity Create and monitor sales goals, adjusting as needed based on conditions Conduct market research on competition to inform and alter strategies as needed Complete monthly sales report, sales reviews and other deliverables as needed. Hold face to face meetings with clients onsite as needed Overcome customer objections, effectively close the sale converting prospects to customers. Actively partner with CEO on all issues, questions, protect company assets, and participate or lead in sales meetings and other company events Contribute to a positive team environment, assist other Sales Professionals as needed Competes sales contracts and other sales documents as needed Monitors, assists, and makes recommendations to improve marketing and sales activities, reviews sales statistics, and Special projects as assigned by the CEO.
