We are creating a new role of VP, Marketing to play a crucial part on the executive leadership team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for driving partner and customer acquisition and retention through marketing campaigns and an extraordinary digital experience. They will have extensive experience with ABM programs, in-depth experience with the latest marketing automation systems, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. They will be responsible for all aspects of marketing and demand generation, from team building and systems to strategy development and execution. What you will do: * Lead and grow a team responsible for all marketing strategy and execution including: branding, product marketing, demand generation, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media campaigns, and marcom * Develop strategic marketing plans with both long- and short-term targets and goals that align with the company objectives including increasing the company s market penetration * Build brand awareness using various tools and communication channels, including digital, online, radio, and social media platforms, ensuring that all messages align * Manage all marketing related activities and applicable technology * Manage digital marketing technical assets including corporate web properties, user experience, and outbound and inbound lead conversions * Measure and report to the Executive Team/Board of Directors the performance of all marketing programs and channels against ROI and KPI goals * Leverage data to optimize user funnels, increase conversion, and plan and build Account Based Marketing (ABM) program * Collaborate with global teams to deliver effective content for digital demand generation programs * Create insightful analytics and reporting for marketing management, product and content marketing, and other internal stakeholders * Create the marketing communications plan and execution * Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points * Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate What you will bring to the table: * Education requirement: BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field, MBA preferred * Years of work experience: 10+ years in the technology industry, 4+ years at Director or VP * Strong leadership track record and references * Robust analytical digital marketing experience with proven history of exceeding expectations * Global experience in digital demand generation * Solid track record of managing execution across geographies and teams * SMB/MSP and or Mid-Market/VAR end-user/partner marketing experience * Account Based Marketing experience * Brand and Product Marketing experience with building messaging hierarchy, clear understanding of goal/strategy/technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross functionally and globally to achieve successful outcomes for complex business objectives * Creative mindset with experience in developing campaigns that inspire and engage * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Sense of humor and intellectual curiosity
