Job Description Description Job Description: The EMS Group at Leidos currently has an opening for Systems Administrators to support the GSA DIGIT Program. The GSA DIGIT program provides modernization of Infrastructure Technology for the Digital Innovation of General Services Administration (GSA). Primary Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. * Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. * Monitor and test Web site performance to ensure Web sites operate correctly and without interruption. * Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. Basic Qualifications: * Candidate must have BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience. * Experience in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices. * Experience working in an Agile development environment and tempo. * Working knowledge of ITIL 4. * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). * Well versed with using issue/problem tracking systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Agile Scrum certification. * Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification. * Experience in a DevOps environment. * Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer certification Clearance/Citizenship: Candidate must be a US Citizen This role is covered by the Service Contract Act. The minimum rate for this role is $38.69 per hour based in the Washington DC area. The actual rate may change based on work location.
