This position is located at our Gaithersburg, Maryland manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage SMT Process development team including coaching and mentoring, hiring, performance management and developmentDevelop and execute continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and utilization of production linesLead operations interface with design teams to review manufacturability/testability and develop/document a thorough production process plan early in design processDevelop and debug the required process and program to be used for production buildResponsible for optimizing the production process for maximum thruput with minimum labor costProvide on-going support for production process enhancements as needed to ensure high quality and the most cost effective and efficient manufacturing thru put.
