- Conduct title and survey review and analysis
- Have knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines
- Perform commercial real estate paralegal duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Must have:
- Experience with commercial title and survey
- Able to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Possess strong client relations skills
- Ability to manage a large workload in a fast-paced work environment
- Have earned a degree or have two plus years of experience with commercial real estate transactions or any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
