Your work will focus in one of the following areas:

Information Security
  • Develop new use cases to detect, report, log, track, and call out security events
  • Coordinating activities for monitoring, triage, and escalation of security events affecting the company's information assets
  • Analyze and research known indicators of compromise (IOCs), correlate events, identify malicious activity, and take appropriate steps
  • Identify new and emerging threats, then build and execute required action plans
  • Handle security events identified from enterprise SIEM tool, Threat Intelligence, End-user notifications, etc. to determine security risk and respond following standard operating procedures
  • Develop Security Operations playbooks to ensure threat detection, monitoring, response and forensics activities align with standard methodologies, and provide comprehensive mitigation of threats

Junior Scrum Master

  • Collaborate with project teams to identify project parameters and scope; impact on operations; and any critical assumptions, constraints or risks that may affect requirements or project execution

  • Supportreporting, analytics and metricsusingMS Officeand otherreporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PPT,others)
  • Partner with multiple departments and stakeholders at all levels (working level through senior leaders) to ensure high quality sustainable solutions
  • Ensurecompletion of general business management activities such asrecordsmanagement,businesscontinuity,privacyand other functions
  • Commitment to earn scrum master certification at the end of the12 monthprogram (funded by Freddie Mac)

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related, relevant experience and coursework (Finance or Accounting majors considered for IT Risk/Controls roles; Information Security majors considered for InfoSec roles)
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Knowledge of SIEM (such as Splunk) for development of search queries and correlation rules, plus experience investigating issues on Windows and Unix (for InfoSec role only)
  • Experience with popular business tools (MS Office, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to begin employment in January 2021 or June 2021
  • Graduation no more than 18 months prior to January 2021 start date
  • Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organized, ability to meet deadlines, work independently, handle multiple priorities
