Job DescriptionDescription Job Description: Leidos currently has an opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Corporate Real Estate team in Reston, Virginia Head Quarters. Primary Responsibilities -Works closely with CRE leadership and performs cost analysis for new or existing locations, lease renewals and upcoming projects -Supports the CRE team with the planning and consolidation of the periodic and quarterly budget reviews and development of the Annual Operating Plan -Assists in management, analysis, and reporting of the project budgets, utilizing available reports from various financial systems and provides insight into the performance -Supports team efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and streamlining of the processes. -Responsible for other finance and accounting responsibilities based on the needs of the department such as existing or upcoming restructure and integration activities or may include participation in special projects. -Other responsibilities may include allocation structure reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial modeling Basic Qualifications BS (Finance or Accounting) and 8+ years financial related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advance Level) Strong Analytical Abilities Excellent Communication Skills Detail Oriented Team player Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Costpoint, Cognos, EPM/Hyperion planning and performance reporting, FAR and CAS External Referral Bonus:Ineligible Potential for Telework: No Clearance Level Required: None Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Shift: Day Requisition Category: Professional Job Family: Financial Planning and Analysis Pay Range: Leidos is a Fortune 500(R) information technology, engineering, and science solutions and services leader working to solve the world's toughest challenges in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil, and health markets.
