Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Managers and ensure Member Support Representatives and Team Leads are in good standing
Partner with Trainers and Senior Managers to keep up on training and development efforts
Strategize and streamline ways for support teams to work more effectively, with customer satisfaction being at the forefront
Work closely with the VP of Member Support on strategies, tactics, and initiatives to increase operations across the board
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5+ years managing a team of operation or support staff
Experience managing, coaching and counseling manager level employees
Experience building out and implementing new operational strategies aimed at improving efficiency
Previous experience directly monitoring performance
Excellent written, verbal communication skills
