Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in collaboration with a steadily growing mortgage lender client, is searching for a motivated Bilingual Corporate Branch Manager. The Manager will be responsible for managing a team of loan officers, maintaining customer experience create loyalty for the company. They will provide leadership, motivation, direction and training to branch team to bring in high quality results. The ideal candidate will have prior retail mortgage experience, hold a DE/SAR or LAP certification and will be bilingual in Spanish.   • Provide supervisory support to loan officers team; responsible for meeting operational objectives and ensuring the periodic goals and targets are being met
  • Evaluate loan to ensure alignment with organization policies and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Lead and guide teams; provide resources and appropriate training to help achieve sales goals
  • Develop understanding of federal and state lending regulations and provide guidance and to branch team to ensure compliance
  • Inform prospective and existing customers of products, rates, policies, requirements, and loan procedures
  • Effectively communicate and work closely with various department managers

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5+ years of retail mortgage experience required; underwriting focused experience
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish is required
  • Industry certification in underwriting, such as DE/SAR/LAP, required
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage regulations and guidelines including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and Non-Conforming
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to present ideas to management clearly and work collaboratively with different teams
  • Detail and process oriented; ability to work on multiple deadline driven projects
