Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative Lead who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Customer Service Representative Lead must practice complete professionalism when responding to customer in person, on the phone or over email. The Customer Services Representative will work to build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.

As a Customer Service Representative Lead you will:
• Audit credit or overpayments on accounts in a timely manner.
• Ensure solutions on credits based on knowledge of payer contracts and understanding of the specific requirements for each payer.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion, review and submission of the Medicare and Medicaid quarterly credit balance report required by law.
• Train team on various systems needed to obtain documentation in processing refunds and other customer related account review.
• Assure appropriate and timely documentation of all account activity.
• Ensure that all correspondences received are distributed appropriately amongst the team and are being worked in a timely manner.
• Audit and approving adjustment request processed by team.
• Provide updates and changes to team as issues arise.
• Complete assigned work projects distributed by management in a timely manner.
• Provide support, education, and guidance to Team.
• Provide monthly productivity review.

Qualifications include:
• High School Diploma required or some college preferred.
• 3-4 years' experience required within a healthcare environment can include insurer, public health setting or an outsourcing company
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must maintain a high volume of processing without compromising quality and accuracy.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Ability to participate in an environment that promotes staff development, productivity, satisfaction and efficiency.

Work Schedule:

Full-time days; Monday - Friday, 9:00 am -5:30 pm

Travel to different local sites required, as needed.
