Position Overview:
The Project Management Professional role will be part of the Product Delivery & Offerings team within the Single-Family Business Division.
Our Impact:
The Product Delivery & Offerings team is responsible for evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing new or enhanced offerings, concepts, and business or technology projects that introduce efficiencies in the mortgage origination process
Your Impact:
The Project Management Professional will provide support for projects and products for small and medium efforts, and/or provide a supporting role in larger efforts or programs.
Responsibilities include:
  • Working on multi-disciplinary projects with a strong customer focus
  • Provide support to facilitate the development and management of offerings
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Participate in cooperative efforts with project team members representing multiple diverse groups and divisions.
  • Lead assigned efforts using standard project management tools, including project work plans, issue logs, budget tools and reporting tools.
  • Supervise adoption of Closing Technology tools and track opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Document business requirements, offerings materials, process documentation and other related materials.
  • Assist with rollout / communication activities
Qualifications:
  • Typically has 2-4 years related experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with creation and definition of business cases, business requirements and other project documentation
  • Proven experience in a role requiring attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Primary/secondary mortgage market experience;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Mortgage Industry closing process
