Pathways currently has a full-time opportunity available for an experienced mental health professional to serve as a supervisor in our Community Support Program. This position will be located in our Waldorf, Maryland location and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. The selected candidate will develop rehabilitative plans, obtain consumer service insurance authorizations, maintain consumer file information to include quality assurance reviews, train and supervise staff and maintain a limited caseload.
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year experience. Minimum requirements include high school with five years’ experience. Experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
