Sr. System Integrator

Production support strategies are an essential ingredient of our current and future success. We are actively seeking a talented Technologist to work across our platforms to evolve testing, support and monitoring capabilities. You will have the opportunity to tackle complex problems while using your expertise to deliver and support our services. 
Candidates must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners vertically and horizontally throughout the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to integrate into a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Continue to develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of supported business processes and underlying technology
  • Position requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written since position's audience includes technical, project and business resources
  • Communicates to business and technical partners on incidents as they occur when they impact system performance or availability
  • Collaborate with other Tech platforms and partners to engineer an integrated, end-to-end support frameworks across technology layers
  • Establishing cross-training initiatives within the team to provide enhanced automated support capabilities
  • Support and perform testing required to ensure successful implementation of solutions into Production


Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience with production support
  • At least 2 years of experience with Splunk
  • At least 2 year of experience with Agile


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 4+ years prior experience interacting with Credit Card Processing Operations (Total System Services (TSYS)), Origination, Customer Management, Collections, Fraud, etc.)
  • 3+ years prior experience Splunk
  • 2+ years' experience with DataDog, Elk, or PagerDuty
  • 2+ years prior experience in Python, JavaScript or Ruby development experience
  • 2+ years prior experience in AWS Cloud support
