Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldCorporate FP&A AnalystCorporate Sr. FP&A Analyst will support PAE Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, VA. The position will report to the Manager of FP&A and will work closely with the VP of Finance. Some of the job responsibilities are as follows: Support Corporate FP&A team in both the short and long-term company-wide planning process to create meaningful financial plans that guide the organization and drive the achievement of financial and operational objectivesAssist with the development and tracking of key financial performance indicators and operational metricsProvide financial modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow) to support short and long-term financial objectivesAssist with the development of quarterly commentary of MD&A needed for external reporting needsCreate meaningful variance analysis comparing financial results with all relevant comparison points, which includes revenue, EBITDA, orders, cashflow, etcAssist with the preparation of financial presentations for internal and external useParticipate and support analysis M&A related activitiesWork closely with Corporate Accounting and Business Units during the monthly close to ensure accuracy and completeness of financialsAssist in enhancing and maintaining the systems and processes necessary for reporting on key business metrics and ad-hoc analysis efficiently to ensure the utilization of the highest quality data Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related work experience in the finance and accounting field.Functional knowledge in the use of financial software applications.Must have experience in a financial/analytic role and be familiar with GAAP conventions.Ability to read and analyze Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash FlowsRequires US CitizenshipStrong English communication, both oral and written is required.Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and propose solutions is required.Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities, schedules and budgets.Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.Requires excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Cross-cultural sensitivity and international perspective is highly desired.Experience with Deltek Costpoint, COGNOS, and Hyperion PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
