The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, tech savvy, problem-solving, and engaging. This position will last approximately three (3) months, but has the option of becoming permanent depending on the circumstances. The Human Resources Generalist will report directly to the Chief of Staff.Responsibilities* Assist the Chief of Staff (COS) with digitization of HR records using ADP Workforce Now and SharePoint and ensures electronic employee records are accurate and complete.* Manages recruitment and hiring process by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters.* Performs onboarding functions including creating new hire paperwork and scheduling various orientation sessions.* Prepares annual attrition summary report, monthly staffing reports, quarterly leave balance reports, and other reports as requested.* Tracks and maintains professional development and staff training records and creates annual reports.* Assists the COS with implementation of the annual supervisor and other employee training programs.* Assists the COS with implementation and administration of Performance Management System.* Provides support to the COS for job classification projects, revisions to job descriptions, FLSA reviews and market salary reviews.Skills+ ADP Workforce (3 years of experience is required)+ Performance Pro (3 years of experience is preferred)+ Office 365 (3 years of experience is required)+ SharePoint+ Microsoft Teams+ Human Resources (3 years of experience is required)Education+ Bachelors (required)Qualifications+ Years of experience: 3 years+ Experience level:ExperiencedShift: FirstWorking hours: 8 AM - 4 PMRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
