  • You will advise managers and staff on data collection criteria for analytical methods.

Qualifications

For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Serving as Staff Analyst on programs related to all aspects of personnel; 2) Formulating, planning and developing analyses of complex functions and work processes of administrative programs and other programs that require tracking and analysis of cost, schedule, and performance against standards and baselines; 3) Preparing and designing extensive data reports and charts to assist managers in making good business decisions ; 4) Preparing correspondence relating to manpower issues for leadership; and 5) Monitoring and tracking monthly government purchase card transactions, or similar or more complex financial transactions related to charges, payments, balances, and allocation of costs.

For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Serving as Staff Analyst on programs related to all aspects of personnel; 2) Assisting with formulating, planning and developing analyses of complex functions and work processes of administrative programs and other programs that require tracking and analysis of cost, schedule, and performance against standards and baselines; 3) Preparing extensive data reports and charts to assist managers in making good business decisions; 4) Preparing correspondence relating to manpower issues for leadership; and 5) Evaluating current purchase/procurement activities and recommending improvement.
OR
I have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
I have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
