Responsibilities
- Serve as senior advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness and productivity of operations of Command organizations.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the development and coordination of strategic and operational products.
- Advise on and develop positions to support critical issues associated with the effectiveness of programs, and implementation of definitive plans and strategies, with a focus on test and evaluation oversight and effectiveness.
- Provide advice and ensure G-3/5/7 is executing its responsibilities, as delineated in the command?s Strategic Plan (STRATPLAN).
- Advise and maintain contact and coordination with other staff elements and subordinate organizations to ensure execution of G-3/5/7 responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Develop intermediate objectives and associated essential tasks required to execute major objectives of the STRATPLAN.
- Conduct mission analysis consistent with the Military Decision Making Process, resulting in the preparation and publishing of operational products.
- Advise command senior Army leadership on the effectiveness of specific courses of action, as they relate to overall productivity and efficiency of command organizations.
- Research, coordinate, and prepare briefings to strategically communicate command's current and future themes and messages to senior Army leadership, international military leaders, Congressional staff, the media, industry, and other services.
