Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldProgram DirectorServe as Program Director for a contract in the Central Virginia area. The Director shall manage and represent the company as the authorized representative for the contractual, technical, and administrative performance of all services required for this program.The Director will be responsible for program leadership, decision making and management of work requirements utilizing a skilled team in an environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness. The Program Director shall demonstrate and apply highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills the ability to manage complex programs in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice tasking's under high pressure situations.Responsibilities:Perform duties as the PAE authorized representative for the technical and administrative performance of all services required under this contractAct as the first Point of Contact (POC) for contractual or administrative questions or difficulties that arise related to the contractWork as the primary point of contact for the customer through which communications, work assignments, and technical direction flow between the Government and the ContractorEnsure that the full range of corporate resources are made available to perform task.Ensure that all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets.Alert the Government on ways in which costs can be reduced and efficiencies gained.Ensure adequate qualified staffing is available to provide continuous services throughout the period of performance on the contract.Proactively search for better ways of performing work and make recommendations on how to improve the processes used to accomplish the requirements, to include implementation of automated tools.Support the Government in planning and evaluating customer requirements, to include feasibility, estimating resources, costs and schedules and implementation of business models.Required Qualifications and Experience:Eight (8) years management experience with (5) years of supervisory experience with support operations.Bachelor's Degree in BusinessMust possess a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraphOther Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesIndustry recognized certification in Program and/or Project Management or Facility Management is desiredDevelopment, maintenance, and reporting of facility and service metricsContract negotiations, modifications, and other related contractual requirements.Ability to work in a fast-pace environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedulesExcellent organizational and time management skillsExpert computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using MAXIMOPAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
