Entry-Level Administrative Assistant (Leasing)

Small Real Estate firm is seeking a sharp Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their DC team. Small office of 4 dealing with long term leasing and property management in the DC area. Strong admin and software skills are required, any experience in Real Estate, Concierge, or Leasing is preferred. This is a long term position which will begin with a 3 month Contract to Hire.

Regarding benefits you provide health insurance 90 days after hired perm and it is paid 100% by the company. Benefits also include a Simple IRA and the company matches 3%.

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of Administrative experience
• Any experience in Leasing or Property Management is preferred.
• Excellent skill in Microsoft Office (A pre-employment test will be administered)
