Our client in Fairfax VA is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position is a full-time permanent role that is in the office. **Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission. Job Requirements**+ 1+ year of Customer Service experience is required.+ Call center or upselling experience is preferred.+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.+ Must have excellent organization skills and high attention to detail.+ Solid computer skills and ability to learn Their products.**Job Description**+ processing inside sales and retention paperwork, writing up contracts, updating account information and billing and processing cancellation.+ Perform timely, outbound calls and lead follow-up.+ Interacts with existing customers primarily by phone And/or email to increase sales of our products and services.+ Contribute to achieving/exceeding company revenue target by working with our existing customer base over the phone on upsells and upgrades.+ Prepare Contracts, Service Agreements or other necessary paperwork and send to customers.+ Provide superior customer service by responding quickly and accurately to our customers concerns or needs.+ Outbound Quality Assurance Calls to make sure our customers are satisfied with installation, products and services.**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
