VNOC CS1000 Network Technician for a client of ours located in Maryland. Role is remote to start but applicant must be able to work on site as needed. This will be a multi-year contract. At least 2 years of experience on a Nortel (Opt11, Opt81, CS1000) phone system. You will be responsible for monitoring their network and must have NOC or VNOC experience as well as experience responding to phone system alarms and maintaining phone logs.
