Crewmember (cooks and cashiers) https://events.indeed.com/event/19940/?from=snagajob We are now hiring Cashiers for immediate start dates in our new Zaxby's location. Essential Cashier Responsibilities: Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all customers Explaining menu and answering product questions as raised by customers. Taking customers' orders accurately Relaying the order to the kitchen staff Accepting payment from customers and making change correctly Operating the POS terminal and being responsible for cash receipts Presenting orders to customers, properly packaged and with all necessary accompaniments and utensils Thanking each customer for their business Generating additional sales whenever possible by suggesting additional menu items to the customer Counting the change bank in their register at the beginning of the shift Stocking adequate supplies of paper goods, condiments, beverages, etc. for serving customers Prepping drinks and assisting in kitchen prep of items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc. Cleaning all customer areas Prepping food as needed Removing trash from waste receptacles and placing at back of restaurant. Cashier Qualifications:Experience at working with the public, handling money and a cash register Outgoing personality Good communications skills (articulate and uses good grammar) A good listener Basic math skills in order to handle money A team player Good telephone skills Cook We are now hiring Cooks for immediate start dates in our new Zaxby's location. Cook Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare food for restaurant menu in accordance with recipes and standards set forth by Zaxby's brand Prepare food orders for members with confidence, consistency, quality, and efficiencyMaintain a clean and organized work environment at all timesComply with all food safety and hygiene standardsReceive, date and organize incoming ordersAssist with managing an efficient flow of service during busy times; communicating with the front counter when necessarySupport prep cook and dishwashing responsibilities as neededCook Key Qualities:Knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation skillsAbility to follow prep schedules and recipesMaintain a level of professionalism with all members and guestsRemain calm during rushesPositive, "can do" attitudeReliable, responsible, and punctualFriendly, warm, and personableAbility to work in a teamCommunicative about needs; asks questions for clarity and understandingProactive and independentTakes direction and responds well to feedbackSolution-oriented hospitality and customer service skills
