You will work with the executive team to devise policy and strategy. You will direct and coordinate all production activities and ensure a company focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. In the role of Plant Manager, you will work effectively across all divisions, provide leadership, and maintain a safety focused work environment. Background Profile Expertise in the operations management of a manufacturing facility Strong working knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing processes- 5S, Kaizen, Kan Ban, Continuous Improvement Capable of understanding, reading, and evaluating company financials such as P&L s, budgets, etc. Strong strategic thinking abilities Strong communication skills, high level of integrity and work ethic, and excellent organizational skills Four-year degree preferred in Engineering or related discipline For more information and immediate consideration, email your resume today to @staffmark.com !
