The Operations Change Management Senior will be responsible for representing the business owner throughout the life-cycle of multi-disciplinary change initiatives. Ensuring that Applications, Services and Processes being created or enhanced meet operational readiness requirements and data/application standards once implemented.

Our Impact:

Credit Management Servicer(CrMS) is part of the Underwriting and Risk Assessment (UWRA) Program project initiative to implement new infrastructures and services that will support Freddie Mac's modeling and scorecard activities.

CrMS handles a multitude of functionalities related to obtaining credit that will include, but not limited to, receiving and directing internal client requests, submitting requests and receiving responses from the CRCs and Credit Bureaus, sending documentation to the appropriate storage, and providing a response back to the submitting client.

Your Impact:
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify the project parameters, project scope; impact on Operations; and any critical assumptions, constraints or risks that may affect requirements or the project's execution.
  • As the business owner point of contact, participate in all agile ceremonies (scrum meetings, Iteration Planning, demos, retrospectives, and user story grooming sessions) to ensure iteration is on track and operational items are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and describe the business requirements, the functional specifications and Non-functional Requirements (NFRs)
  • Collaborate with business owner to generate production support requirements.
  • Provide weekly status to business owner highlighting progress, successes, concerns or emerging risks. Document and escalate issues to the business owner when required.
  • Plan UATs, review and approve test cases and test results ensuring that all functional and not functional requirements are fully met
  • Ensure the project team completes all project deliverables such as user guides, job aids, training documentation, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of related experience in change management and/or business operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile project methodology.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of scaled agile methodology (SAFe Agile Certification)
  • Knowledge and experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools (Prosci Change Management Certification).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with Mongo Database is a plus.
