Position Overview:

Do you have proven experience in Master Servicing and Investor Reporting in the Multifamily mortgage area?   • Assist in Leading and supporting staff responsible for Master Servicing functions related to CMBS or K-Deal like Securitizations, reconciling monthly Loan Periodic and Remittance data with cash received from Primary Servicers and reporting and remittance to Certificate Administrator/Trustee
  • Monitor Servicer performance and compliance with terms of business; resolve errors with Servicer by deadline and within requested standards of customer service
  • Support Audit Servicer P&I and T&I custodial accounts and resolve discrepancies with Servicer. Monitor Servicer reporting, cash flow and credit risk mitigation.
  • Perform and review sophisticated tasks, balance priority clients (Mega Servicers), and resolve sophisticated issues or requests for waivers from established procedures. Act as liaison between Management team and other business areas (e.g. audit, legal, accounting, tax, marketing etc.) as required.
  • Employs extensive professional expertise as a generalist or specialist. Develops resolutions to sophisticated problems that require the frequent use of ingenuity and creativity.

Work is accomplished without appreciable direction. Exerts considerable latitude in resolving technical objectives of assignment. Serves as the organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs. Acts as counselor to top management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.

Our team is responsible the overall operations to associated with all active Freddie Mac Multifamily loans and securities. This includes all activities associated with servicer reporting and remitting to Freddie Mac. These activities help to facilitate the corporate mission of liquidity and affordability of rental housing market. Our success has resulted in Freddie Mac becoming the leader in the secondary mortgage market.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part of our management team who oversee the day to day operations necessary to support the growth the Multifamily securitized portfolio of loans and securities. As part of our leadership team you will be encouraged to do the following:
  • Oversee the day-to-day loan accounting operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes, and controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners
  • Develop and lead a team of skilled professionals

  • Master Servicing functions related to CMBS or K-Deal like Securitizations, reconciling Loan Periodic (LPU) and Remittance data with cash received from Primary Servicers and reporting and remittance to Certificate Administrator/Trustee
  • CREF-C Reporting to Certificate Admins
  • Master Servicing and/or similar experience
  • College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. MBA or similar mortgage certifications a plus
  • 8+ years related experience.
