Responsibilities Candidate will serve as a Core Team Lead Make recommendations for improvements to the Solutions Architect; Lead a Concorde Core team using best practices in SQL development; Ensures all Concorde Development teams consistently follow prescribed Concorde Development methodologies; Lead technical planning meetings; lead discussions with Concorde development teams and customers in the development of new applications and Concorde standards; Provide demonstrations of Concorde technological updates and software practices to development teams at Developer s Conference and on an as needed basis. Lead demonstrations of Concorde applications and associated data in the development of applications in the Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive but Unclassified environments. An active secret clearance is required. Provides operational oversight to Concorde team members and directs staff on assigned work packages. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. 15 or more years of total database experience. 15 or more years of SQL Server experience. Experience with SQL Server databases of at least 3 TB and 100 million total rows of data. Experience with the configuration of a database disaster recovery option at a geographically separated facility. 5 or more years of ASP.Net C# MVC based web development experience using Visual Studio 2008 or higher 1 or more years of experience with .NET Core or .NET Standard 5 or more years of experience with Agile development methodologies Must possess a secret security clearance required to view, discuss, handle and migrate classified data in the development of new applications and transition of applications for O&M support. Knowledge of, and experience within, an Agile development environment. Knowledge of, and ability to use, MS Team Foundation Server.
