Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Senior Call Center Representative job. Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract. Start Date: Mid-March Location: Work-from-Home, (there are restrictions listed below) Pay: $19.25/hr Length: Two years REQUIRED: Must have renter's or homeowner's insurance.Must be able to provide video or photos of your workspace. Hi-speed internet with a minimum of 50mbsp upload and download speed (please test your speed before applying to ensure it qualifies. There are several free sites to test your speed). 5gb of free space on your cell phone for app. A quiet and dedicated work area. Able to meet daily, weekly and monthly metrics with success. Responsibilities for job include Senior Call Center Representative but are not limited to: Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within call center operations. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Qualifications for this Senior Call Center Representative job: Ability to problem solve, organize, and prioritize tasks. Requires a high school diploma or GED Must have a 4-6 years of experience in the field. Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams. Ability to communicate clearly, calmly & confidently on the telephone and email with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use effective customer service techniques with clients. Skills Testing: Must be willing to promptly complete assessments to showcase experience/knowledge required for the role.
