Staffmark is partnering with our client, a global provider of financial services technology, to hire Call Center-Customer Service Representatives in Hagerstown, MD! We are looking for Customer Service Representatives that can demonstrate excellence in delivering both world class customer service and problem resolution!! This is a temp to hire opportunity, starting pay rate is $16.20, position starts February 8th. Shift/Schedule: 3:00PM to 12 AM with Tuesday/Wednesday Off Qualifications: Must have 1+years working in a customer focused environment (call center preferred) Experience navigating dual monitors and several applications at a time required Must be able to multi-task (talk on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) Strong customer focus with experience resolving issues with a positive outcome Attention to detail, strong communication and listening skills Flexibility to work any shift schedule and overtime as needed (schedules change every 6 months, schedule selection is performance based -top performers get first pick).
