Apply for this position today!Responsibilities- Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops- Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Collude with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap- Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused- Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status- Steers project planning- Fosters help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams- Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references- Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively- Sets forth project with accurate ticket workflows and boards- Schedules and runs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments- Help out with classifying, identifying, and managing risk for functional improvement requests- Devises schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines- Interacts with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Work side by side with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist- Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable- Manage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Colludes and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers- Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realisticJob Requirements:- It is preferred for applicants to have a Project Management (PMP) certification - Excellent oral and written communication skills - To be considered, you should be flexible and focused - This position requires experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred. - Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management - Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CICD) experience - Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience desired - Can work independently with minimal supervision - Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience - We'll consider you a good candidate for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleaguesRobert Half Technology matches IT professionals with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
