Job Description Description Job Description: Leidos has an opening for a User Experience (UX) designer for a program developing a high profile enterprise Entitlement Management (EM) system. This position is located in Northern Virginia and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance in order to be considered. This UX designer is responsible for developing the next generation EM system design by researching, designing, and validation their designs through the use of best UX practices. The UX designer will conducting user research by usability studies, surveys, and focus group as well as defining user problems with existing EM systems, creating flow diagrams, prototypes and wire frame diagrams of the to be system. The UX designer will need to implement a multidisciplinary approach that will balance the need for creative design with the power of analytical engineering such as prototyping, data visualization, usability studies, value sensitive design, and interactive information visualization. Mandatory Skills: * Requires BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. * Demonstrated experience with UX design. * Demonstrated experience creating flow diagrams, prototypes and wire frame diagrams. Desired Skills: * Demonstrate experience such as data visualization, usability studies, value sensitive design, and interactive information visualization. * Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies.
